Phil has been working as a loan officer in the mortgage industry for more than 17 years in the Greater Portland area. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the transaction and has a very good understanding of all loan products including Jumbo, Portfolio, Conventional and Government loans. He prides himself on his reputation of providing excellent service with good, honest advice and accurate information.
Phil attended Greely High School and has a B.S. in Finance from Miami University of Ohio. Phil resides in North Yarmouth with his wife and when he isn’t working, he can be found on the golf course or spending time in the Rangeley Lakes area!
