Katherine “Kate” Brunelle is executive vice president and chief credit officer of Camden National Bank, where she is responsible for managing the bank’s credit group, underwriting process, and policies to support the company’s strong loan portfolio quality and risk management practices.

She joined the company in February 2026 as senior vice president, special assets manager, bringing more than 20 years of experience in commercial banking, credit risk, and complex credit restructuring to Camden National Bank.

Before joining Camden National Bank, Kate worked at TD Bank, where she served as a Senior Credit Officer in Workout for the Specialty and Middle Market portfolio, structuring complex commercial credit requests for companies in special situations across a range of industries and revenue sizes. Over the course of her career, she has led workout teams and managed complex commercial and corporate credit situations, building deep expertise in disciplined credit decisioning, portfolio management, and relationship-focused banking. Her experience supports Camden National Bank’s focus on strong credit quality, prudent growth, and long-term client relationships.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Government from Colby College.
