Giving Center Terms: Donations are made to Spiral Giving Network, Inc. (SGN), a 501(c)(3) charity, which takes legal control of donations and disburses funds, usually once a month, to the recommended charity(ies). Charities will receive donations, less fees to SGN, unless you choose to cover the fees. Donation processing fees are 2.05% or a minimum of $1.02, whichever is greater. It's rare, but in the instance where your donation cannot be granted to the recommended charity for any reason, SGN will work with you to select an alternative charity
